Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Dispatch: We strive to get your favorite pieces to you as quickly as possible. All orders typically undergo a processing period and will take 7-8 working days to dispatch from our facility from the date of order confirmation.
• Shipping Charges: Please note that all shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order volume.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email/SMS to help you monitor your journey with Dear21.

Payment Terms

• Prepaid Only: To maintain the exclusivity and streamlined processing of our handcrafted collections, Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Final Sale Policy: Due to the artisanal nature of our garments and the customized care involved in each piece, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
• Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a physically damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for assistance.
• Cancellations: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as they immediately enter our processing pipeline.

Product Representation

• Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However, please be aware that product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your specific monitor/screen settings.
• Handcrafted Nature: Minor variations in hand-embroidery, appliqué work, or mirror-work are a testament to the authentic handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
