1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. To maintain a streamlined process for our handcrafted collections, we are strictly a prepaid-only store. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking securely.

2. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the artisanal nature of our garments, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Please carefully review your order before purchasing.

3. What if I receive a damaged product?

In the exceedingly rare event of a physically damaged item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. An uncut unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement. Used or worn clothes will be strictly rejected. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

4. How long does shipping take?

All our orders undergo a thorough processing period. Please allow 7-8 working days for your order to be dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Since our pieces immediately enter our processing pipeline upon confirmation, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
