At Dear21, we ensure that every piece meets our high quality standards. Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our collections, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
We only accept requests for replacement in the rare event that you receive a physically damaged or completely incorrect item.
To be eligible for a replacement claim regarding a damaged product, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed state. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
Any item approved for return due to damage must be entirely unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Used, worn, or altered clothes are strictly not allowed and will be rejected upon inspection.
You must report any issues and share the unboxing video with our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please email the details to support@dear21.in.
